Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending any Marée Circle event, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that experiences organized by Marée Circle may take place on or near bodies of water, and may involve transportation by boat, walking, dancing, eating, or drinking alcohol. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks associated with my participation, including (but not limited to) slips, falls, motion sickness, sun exposure, injury, or accidental contact with water.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Marée Circle, its founder, team, collaborators, and partners from any and all claims, liability, or damages resulting from injury, illness, accident, loss, or theft occurring during or as a result of participation in any Marée Circle event — whether on water or land.

3. Behavior & Conduct

I agree to act respectfully and responsibly during the event. I will follow all safety instructions from staff, boat crew, or partners. Marée Circle reserves the right to deny participation or remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior — without refund or compensation.

4. Alcohol & Substances

If alcohol is offered, I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and will drink responsibly. I understand that I remain personally responsible for my actions and safety when consuming alcohol. No illegal substances are permitted.

5. Property & Personal Belongings

I understand that Marée Circle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event, including on boats or docks.

6. Photography & Media

Unless I request otherwise in writing before the event, I grant Marée Circle permission to photograph or film me during the experience and use this content for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Agreement

By signing or electronically accepting this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms. I waive any right to claim against Marée Circle arising from my participation.
